Hey!
Thank you for being here. I hope this is the start of your journey with The Ascent Collective.
I started this community because I’m passionate about helping women develop and grow. My background is in Human Resource Management and Learning & Development, with a focus on strategically partnering with leadership so that business decisions support the people within them.
I’ve been fortunate to receive extensive training in leadership, communication, resilience and conflict management. I’m now completing my EMCC coaching qualification. My goal is to pass this learning on to other women, especially those who want to grow but don’t always have access to this kind of development through their employer.
I see The Ascent Collective like a gym membership for your professional and personal growth. We train here to strengthen our voice, presence and standards, so we can lead and speak with calm authority.
